Position Summary:

We are expanding our team of experienced Short-Term Rental Cleaners to meet the increasing demand for our services. As an experienced cleaner with Rocky Mountain Sparkle, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of our vacation rental properties. This position offers flexible hours and competitive hourly rates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your extensive cleaning experience to perform various tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing, ensuring that rental units are impeccably clean for incoming guests.
Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation in bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
Oversee and manage cleaning supplies, promptly reporting any maintenance issues or supply shortages.
Conduct detailed inspections of rental units to ensure they meet our rigorous cleanliness standards.
Collaborate effectively with property managers and fellow team members to coordinate cleaning schedules.
Handle special cleaning requests while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Strictly adhere to established cleaning procedures and prioritize safety protocols.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field is essential.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services and maintaining high standards.
You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet cleaning deadlines.
Physical stamina and proficiency in handling and moving cleaning equipment.
Reliability and punctuality with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

 

Hourly Rate:
